Business Portraits in the Gym

Love the variety of my business, I was invited recently to photograph a portrait in a gym! The gym was located near Baker Street tube station. It was a tricky place to shoot mainly because the walls that surrounded the gym was black. Totally dark!  So with there hardly being any natural light coming through the windows, I had to use my Godox flash lighting. I spent about ten to fifteen minutes setting up my portable flash lighting so I could easily move round the studio to get a variety of different portraits within the gym setting. From memory I used my Elinchom umbrella so I could move the Manfrotto stand to different locations without it being unwieldy. Here is one of my favourite shots from the morning photography session.
