Corporate Event Photographer London

I’m a freelance, professional London event photographer – this is my full-time job. That means I give 100% every time I shoot and document a corporate event.

I deal with all correspondence from businesses in the lead up to the event to ensure any goals and objectives are not lost in translation, and I photograph each conference, talk, function, seminar and convention. My years of corporate event photography experience understands that the best event photographers capture the ultimate ‘mission’ of the occasion in the event photos.

Key shots include all event speakers, priority moments as well some more full, environmental shots that help to convey the atmosphere and popularity of an event or occasion.

FAQs

What sort of business and corporate events do you shoot?

Businesses often hire me to capture the best elements of a special occasion for their public relations team to market.

I’m regularly commissioned as a commercial events and business photographer in London and the UK; commonly hired to capture gallery openings, produce seminar pictures, convention photos and special event photography such as industry shows or even photography of an office party.

Do we need to highlight pictures supplied during the event is that possible?

That shouldn’t be a problem. I can bring a laptop with me, and during the quieter moments of the event, I would be able to upload a handful of the best pictures ready for social media or the press.

Would you be able to work discreetly during the event?

Yes, I certainly can. During panel discussions and talks or when the speaker is making their speech, then I can use my silent shutter on my cameras so they won’t be any disruptions during the quieter moments of the event.

What happens if you get sick and can’t attend our event?

I have lots of PR and event photographers covering London and the UK in my business networks which I call on in such circumstances.

My company is based near Wimbledon in London, and I frequently supply PR and event photography services for businesses across the city. My studio setups are simple but effective, meaning I can easily transport my photographic equipment by public transport, on bike or foot.

My event and PR photography takes place all over the UK and even Europe.
