London Event Photographer

With the incredible advancement of digital cameras anyone can take a half decent photograph (I hate to admit that!) but what I can offer is the invaluable experience of being commissioned as a London event photographer countless times. This experience, across the UK and not just London, as an event photographer means I constantly deliver high quality images time after time – pictures used for a number of different reasons, including everything from social media to brand development.

Over the past decade I’ve captured all sorts of event photography in London and further afield – from commissions like documenting natural and relaxed seminar photos to large conference pictures, event festival and concert photography. During a typical year I photograph over 100 different types of events.

Here are a few things about the event photography service that you can expect from me:

  • Fast imagery delivery (a handful of pictures on-site or the following working day)
  • I photograph events in any situation and always deliver good results
  • Over 10 years of experience as an events photographer
  • Backup cameras, lenses and mobile studio flash equipment
  • Fully insured to operate at functions in any location
  • Available for photography of events in London and the UK

You can see half dozen of my recent event photography, created across London and the UK on my blog which shows my how I apply my particularly relaxed and natural style of photography at events. I shoot discreetly creating images throughout the seminar, conference or show – always in the right place at the right time capturing images of key moments.

My aim for clients is to remember their event with clarity and authenticity – not what their photographer was doing.

Corporate Event Photography London

I’m a full time, professional London event photographer – this is my full-time job. That means I give 100% every time I shoot and document an event.

I deal with all correspondence from businesses in the lead up to the event to ensure any goals and objectives are not lost in translation and I personally photographing each conference, talk, function, seminar and convention. My years of photographic experience ensures that the ultimate ‘mission’ of the occasion is not lost in the event photos. Key shots include all event speakers, priority moments as well some wider, more environmental shots that help to convey the atmosphere and popularity of an event or occasion.

After the event, pictures are personally edited by me and the best photographs are then transferred via weTransfer or Dropbox. You can begin using the event photos or social media and marketing campaigns straight away.

My clients spend days, sometimes weeks planning their conference or event and one of the most important decisions they ultimately make is who should be their photographer – London is full of great corporate event photographers which makes choosing the right person to create your conference, seminar or talk photography very difficult!

Why choose me to create your event photos? Well in a nutshell, I’m a highly experienced UK and London freelance event photographer – working across industries and truly understanding the needs of my corporate event photography customers – with a decade of experience of shooting special occasions, in London and the UK. I also love what I do and embrace the challenge of delivering a great event photography for my client’s marketing and business needs. As well as events photography,  I’m a busy corporate headshot photographer in London.

While I’m busy photographing your event I won’t be tucking into canapés or swigging a glass of bubbly – I’ll be focussing on capturing and documenting your occasion; your professional speakers, VIP guests and various details – enabling you to showcase the function and your objectives across marketing channels and social media. I’m regularly producing sets of pictures for businesses to use on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. And if you want some formal group photographs of your team or seminar attendees – that’s no problem, I do those images too.

FAQs

What sort of business and corporate events do you shoot?

I’m regularly commissioned as a conference photographer across London and the UK, to capture gallery openings, produce seminar pictures and convention photos

We need highlight pictures supplied during the event is that possible?

That shouldn’t be a problem. I can bring a laptop with me and during the quieter moments of the event I would be able to upload a handful of pictures ready for social media or the press.

Would you be able to work discreetly during the event?

Yes I certainly can. During panel discussions and talks or when the speaker is making their speech then I can use my silent shutter on my cameras so they won’t be any disruptions during the quieter moments of the event.

What happens if you get sick and can’t attend our event?

I have lots of London event photographers with a similar style to me who would be able to cover any event that I wouldn’t able to make.
